Gensler Gardens guarantees all trees and shrubs that are planted in the ground for one year from the date of purchase for 50% of the purchase price. Half of the responsibility is with Gensler Gardens to provide high quality plant material, and the other half is with the customer to care for the plant when they take it home. The plant and sales receipt MUST be returned when requesting credit. Nursery stock, as every living thing, requires proper care. This is the Buyer’s responsibility. Risks beyond our control include improper watering, fertilization or insect/disease control. This guarantee is void if: Plants are not planted in the ground, Plants are damaged by the misuse of herbicides, Plants are damaged by man, animal, or an act of God.
NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
ANNUALS, PERENNIALS, AND ROSES ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY GENSLER GARDENS.
All gift items and garden accessories in original condition and original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
All sales are final on clearance items, custom orders and holiday items.
