- After completing your purchase, any unused balance will remain on your Gensler Garden Gift Card to be used for future purchases. No cash will be given for any reason.
- Lost or stolen Gensler Garden Gift Cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase and receipt with gift card number printed on it.
- To check the balance of your Gensler Garden Gift Card call the number on the back of the card or bring it in to either location and ask a cashier to check your balance.
